CASH-FLOW
Unlike other investments, you don’t have to sell your investment to access your profits. A positively cash-flowing property produces revenue in excess of its operating expenses. This “cash-flow” is then available to distribute to the investors in the form of returns. We pay our investors quarterly from the proceeds of the investment.
OWNERSHIP
We expect to return your initial investment within 4-8 years. After you have received all of your money back you still own shares in the property and will continue to get paid for life.
YOU GET PAID FIRST
Upon sale or refinance of the property you get paid back your initial investment before I get a dime.
SECURED AGAINST REAL PROPERTY
Your investment is secured against tangible, real assets. If anything were to happen, your initial investment can be recovered (whole or in part) through the sale of the property.
